ATTENTION: MOTHERS OF CHILDREN INCARCERATED

Mothers of incarcerated children often feel ashamed, depressed, isolated and alone. We invite all MOTHERS nationwide (included are dad’s who walk in mom’s shoes), whose son or daughter is in prison, no matter what their age, to join with the National Union of Mothers4Justice in creating a strong network of moms who stand ready to contact other moms when there is an incident that threatens the safety or well-being of their son or daughter.  Inmates know what’s going on behind prison walls but may face retaliation if they speak out.  And too often, families are not notified of a violation or an abuse until it’s too late, if at all.  And for those who don’t know what to do when their child’s safety is compromised, assistance will be available in making the appropriate administrative and legal contacts. A mother’s love is one of the most powerful forces in this universe and if you would like to become a member of the National Union of Mothers4Justice, a village of caring moms playing a key role in the just and humane treatment inmates, please call or email one of the ladies listed below to give your contact information and the institution of your son or daughter which will be shared with other moms of the same correctional facility.  Let’s get connected.
