This voluntary interview is being sent to offenders who are within 30 days of release from the Florida Department of Corrections to be completed and mailed back to Forgotten Majority. The purpose of this interview is to capture their experience as an ex-inmate of Florida’s Prison System. They are being asked to identify trouble spots and violations at prisons where they’ve been housed to assist in transforming the prison environment into one that fosters personal growth with a primary focus on self-betterment.
